Where Unusual Whales is the better choice
If you trade options, Unusual Whales is not comparable — it is a far deeper product in the area it was built for, with real-time flow, a large community and tooling Tracked Money has no equivalent of. Tracked Money does not read the options tape. Congressional tracking is a side feature there and the main event here, which is the only axis on which the comparison is fair.
