In one paragraph
Tracked Money is an iPhone app, built in the UK, that reads US public financial disclosures (congressional stock-trade reports, executive-branch OGE 278-T reports, SEC Form 4, 13D and 13F filings) and alerts users when someone they follow reports a trade. It publishes the underlying transactions on the web with links to every source filing and CSV/JSON downloads. It is read-only: it does not connect to a brokerage or place trades, and it is not investment advice. It has not launched on the App Store yet.
